يعني خلاص

"Yani" - it means, so. This word can be usually heard from arabic people.

ana arif ennak 3ayez teseebny -
أنا عارف انك عايز تسيبني

"Arif" - I know (female - arfa). "Ennak" - that you, "ayez" - want, "teseebny" - you live me"
"I know you want to leave me"

seebny, wa matgammelsh el-kalam -
سيبني، و ما تجملش الكلام

"Seebny" - leave me, "wa" -and, "matgammelsh el-kalam" - "don't try to talk sweetly"

"Hases" - feel, "khayef" - be scared, "temshy" - leave me.

"La" - no, "emshy" - leave me. "Kammel" - continue(takammel - you continue".
To make a negation in arabic, you can: 1) give mish before a verb, ex. mish takammel - you don't continue, or break this word down on 2 pieces: "ma-takammel-sh" - you don't continue.
"El kalam" - talk.
"Don't leave me, and don't contunue the talk"

"beinak" - between you, "had tany" - someone else.
