Translations

Lissa Bahebbak , Lissa Bahessak - لسه بحبك لسه بحسك

"Lissa" -still. "Bahebbak" - I love you (very important phrase), "Bahessak" - I feel you. "Ba" in the beggining of verbs means that the verb is permanent, . "Ana bafham 3arabi" - I understand arabic (permanently) or "Ana bashrab shay" - I drink tea, while the phrase "I am drinking tea (right now)" will be translated like this "ana ashrab shay". So in this sentence author says that he loves and feels her all the time

"I still love you, I still feel you"

Ana meHtaglak nefsi adommak - أنا محتجلك نفسى أضمك

"Mehtag" - to need, "Ana meHtaglak" - I need you, "nefsi" means "I want", "I would like to", we use it when we want to do something, but we can't, we are not able to do to this.In this case "nefsi adommak" - I would like to hug you".

Bas ana 2albi shayel mennak - بس أنا قلبى شايل منك

"Bas" is a very important word in egyptian arabic. It means "or" or in some cases "only".

Tamer sings: "ana albi shayel mennak". "Shayel" means hold, bear. But"shayel min" - bear resentment against sb
"But my heart bears resentment against you"

mesh 2ader yesamHak - مش قادر يسمحك

"ader" - can, be able to. It has the same form like "ayiz" (want), or"shayel" (bear, hold). "Samah" - to forgive. "YesamHak" - "forgive you ( masculinum - beginning -ye)

"(My heart) can't forgive you"

Kol ma 2agi asal7ak , ala2i usadi gar7ak - كل ما أجى أصلحك ألاقى قصادى جرحك

"Kol ma" is from standard Arabic language and it means "whenever", "when". "SalaH" -be ok with it, make up. So this sentence means "Whenever I come to make up with you".

What happens then?
Verb"laa'a" means to find or to meet . "usad" - before, from "usadi" - before me. "Garh" - wound.
'Whenever I come to make up with you, I find a would before me (You left it)

Habibi - حبيبي

My lover

Nefsi ahkeelak , nefsi ashkilak 3ala elly ta3abny mennak leek -
نفسى أحكيلك نفسى أشكيلك على اللى تعبنى منك ليك

Expression"Nifsi ahkeelak" means "I want to tell you" - "Haka" - tell. "ashkilak" - to confess to you. "shaka 3ala" - complain on sth. "3ala illi ta3ibni minnak" - what tortured me in you.

"I want to tell you, I want to confess on what tortured me (in you)

ault ana hab3ed mesh 2ader ab3ed - قلت أنا هبعد مش قادر أبعد

"ault" - I said. "hab3ed" - I will leave (future tense - beggining ha-)
"I said I would leave, but I can't leave"

nefsi artah fe hodn 3enek - نفسى أرتاح فى حضن عينيك

"Artah" - to be happy, "fe" - in, "hodn" - embrace (similar as in song  Ya3ni Khalas), 3enek - your eyes.
"I want to be happy in your embrace, your eyes".

During this lesson you learnt many important words, such as  "nefsi" - I want, " "aadir" - can, be able to, "lissah" - still. Try to remember it.

Maasalama - good bye!;)
